Workplace Wellbeing
Throughout her corporate career, Sophie consulted hundreds of businesses throughout New Zealand and noticed a common issue of staff feeling disconnected and undervalued leading to inefficiencies in the business and increased absenteeism.
Sophie is passionate about sharing her skills and experience to help others so she created Wellness Through the Seasons.
Wellness Through the Seasons is a series of wellness workshops that Sophie presents to workplaces using her unique methodology to explore themes and tools to help people make meaningful changes in their lifestyle to live in greater harmony with nature and feel more empowered, motivated, happy and healthy.
Sophie also works with businesses to create bespoke wellness programmes that provide solutions to their needs.
